You are purchasing a Licence as a symbolic souvenir gift. Once you complete registration of your details to purchase the Licence online, you will receive an official Certificate of Land Licence.

 The Land is a symbolic souvenir piece of land in Australia that is too small in size to do anything with. Local council rules, State and Federal laws in Australia prevent you from developing a square inch of land.

Yes, as long as you visit the website and the Licence details are changed and the Licence is passed on before expiry of the Licence.

Yes, you can insert their details at the checkout point and they will receive a downloadable Certificate of Land Licence with their name on it.

The Licence is for a period of 5 years.

You must be at least 18 years of age (the legal age to contract in Australia). If you are under 18 years of age, your parents or guardian may purchase the Licence for you on your behalf.

There is a finite amount of Land available. There is no limited time to purchase Licences. Licences will be available to purchase until all licences are sold. There may be future releases of Land available for licence and if you register your details with us, we will ensure you are notified of its release before the public release of Land.

No there is not, the Lands are not necessarily provided in consecutive order.

Yes, our lawyers have provided written confirmation that all details and aspects are legally compliant.

The Licence is personal and does not give you a legal or equitable interest in the Land. You do not acquire a caveatable interest in the Land and as such you cannot register a Caveat on the title to the Vineyard.
